POLYGLOT DEVELOPERThe Polyglot Developer envisions product development through completion; analyzes, designs and develops software enhancements and new modules; supports development project from the initial design through testing while providing strategic input. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:COMMON CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Conceptualize, architect, and develop new functionality for our CRM/ERP systems, adapting to evolving business requirements. Participate in solving the production problems by analyzing and troubleshooting the issues. Collaborate with other developers and engineers to design, build, and maintain cutting-edge applications. Optimize existing code and database structures to enhance platform performance. Work with CI/CD pipelines, source control repositories and dev ops tools for managing the work. Suggest and implement industry best practices for faster and efficient delivery of software products. Review and implement coding best practices. Mentor and couch junior developers and guide them through the SDLC process. Provide on-call support as necessary to ensure system reliability. Effectively and professionally communicate with other team members. Adjust priorities based on business needs and able to adopt a change with minimal supervision.ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Perform daily duties in line with Forth, Inc’s Information Security Policies and Procedures. Ensure that information Confidentiality, Integrity and Privacy is always maintained with processing information assets.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years' experience with multiple object-oriented programming languages (JavaScript, C#.Net and PHP preferred) 5+ years' experience of Hyper-scale cloud platforms experience (AWS/Azure, cloud/GCP) Experience with DB systems (MYSQL/MS, SQL/Oracle) Object oriented programming experience Git/Bitbucket or other source control experience JavaScript + jQuery XML/SOAP/REST API’s HTML/CSS Familiarity with SDLC process and agile methodologies
