Paralegal / Legal Assistant – Estate Planning & Probate/Trust Settlement Location: Tampa Bay Area, Florida (In-Person) Employment Type: Full-Time About Us: Generation Trust Law Group is a growing, multi-state estate planning and estate settlement law firm with a collaborative, client-centered approach. Our Tampa office serves clients throughout Florida, providing thoughtful legal guidance during important life and legacy planning moments. Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Paralegal or Legal Assistant to support attorneys and clients in both estate planning and estate administration matters. Key Responsibilities: Draft estate planning documents and correspondence from attorney templates and notes Prepare and manage estate settlement and probate matter files Collect, organize, and maintain client information and supporting documentation Enter and update client and matter data in our CRM and case management systems Communicate with clients professionally via phone, email, and in person Schedule appointments and coordinate client meetings Track deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on open matters Assist attorneys with general case preparation and administrative support Qualifications: Prior experience as a paralegal or legal assistant preferred Experience in estate planning, probate, or trust administration strongly preferred Strong drafting and document preparation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Experience using CRM or legal case management software Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and organizational ability Professional, client-service-oriented demeanor Why Join Us: Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunity to work in a growing multi-state firm Meaningful client-centered practice area Competitive compensation based on experience Benefits Flexible schedule (full-time or part-time available) Paid Time Off (PTO)* 401(k) with employer match* Health insurance* Supportive and collaborative team culture Meaningful, client-centered work Growth opportunities in a multi-state firm To Apply: Submit your resume through Indeed.
