For more information, please visit www.stereotaxis.com. Position Summary: Medical manufacturing assembly in a clean room environment. Essential Responsibilities: *Follow documented procedures to assemble products at a high level of quality while meeting or exceeding established production rates/guidelines. *Comply with documented "Good Manufacturing Practices" related to actions, hygiene, and behavior requirements when entering, working in, or leaving a controlled work/clean room environment. *Accurately fill all required data records, as required to perform the job (training records, maintenance records, traceability forms, and other records as required). *Follow documented instruction to set-up, operate, adjust equipment as specified, use tools and fixtures as required to perform the job. *Immediately inform supervisor of any issues associated with performing and documented procedure. *Perform assembler training per documented process. *Participate in various Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives and activities. *Other assignments as requested. Job Requirements Qualifications & Skills: *High school diploma or equivalent. *7-10 years' experience in a medical device clean room manufacturing environment. *Skilled in performing intricate device assembly under a microscope on a daily basis: not limited to soldering. *Proficient in basic math and mathematical problem solving. *Proficient in reading and understanding English procedural documentation. *Proficient in writing and speaking English.
