Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality work with safety, efficiency, and professionalism.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee daily job site operations, coordinate crews, and ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on construction knowledge, and the ability to effectively manage people and resources.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily work activities of crews on assigned projectsEnforce safety procedures and ensure OSHA compliance at all timesRead and interpret plans, specifications, and drawingsMonitor progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlinesCommunicate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractorsEnsure materials and equipment are available and properly usedConduct daily job site meetings and maintain detailed reports/logsTrain and mentor crew members to improve performance and efficiencyQualificationsMinimum 3–5 years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory roleStrong knowledge of marine and/or civil construction preferredAbility to read and understand blueprints and project plansExcellent communication and leadership skillsStrong problem-solving and organizational abilitiesValid driver’s license and reliable transportationMust be able to work outdoors in varying conditionsBenefitsCompetitive pay (based on experience)Health, Dental, and Vision insurance optionsPaid Time Off and Holiday PayOpportunities for career advancementSupportive team environmentJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceExperience:Construction Foreman: 3 years (Required)Work Location: On the road
