In this role, you’ll play a key part in building and supporting the foundation of our growing team in this exciting new location. Your contributions will enhance the efficiency of our leadership, and your success will directly impact the overall success of the company.ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support:Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangementsManage and prioritize meeting requests, ensuring executives are well-prepared with necessary materialsCollaborate with Executive Support staff to ensure seamless coordination across the leadership teamHandle communication on behalf of executives in a clear, professional, and timely mannerAssist with project management, event planning, research, and IT support as requiredServe as onsite back-up for Office Manager, supporting onsite employees, candidates, vendors, and visitorsRequirements3+ years of experience in administrative supportProven experience supporting multiple senior executives in both in-person and remote environmentsExcellent organizational and communication skills; professional, clear, and courteous in all interactionsMeticulous attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage tasks independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing demandsProficiency with MS Outlook calendaring, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Atlassian and other Agile Project Management tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet) is a plusExperience with GenAI tools and technologies is a plusExpected to work onsite Tuesday–Thursday, with flexibility to work onsite additional days as neededAbility to travel occasionallyBachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)Authorized to work in the United States“Friends of Voleon” Candidate Referral Program If you have a great candidate in mind for this role and would like to have the potential to earn $7,500 – $15,000 if your referred candidate is successfully hired and employed by The Voleon Group, please use this form to submit your referral.
