Be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence and patient safety.Required Skills:* Board Certification (BC) in Nurse Anesthesiology * Active DEA and CSR licensing * Minimum of 1 year of experience (considering candidates with at least 6 months) * Proficiency with supervision-based anesthesia practices * Comfort with Level II Trauma cases and performing spinal blocks * Strong knowledge of GYN, general surgery, ortho, spine, crani, plastics, lungs, healthy peds, eye, GI, structural hearts, EP, Endo, and interventional radiology procedures * Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, 10-hour, 12-hour shifts, and 24 + 16-hour shifts per weekNice to Have Skills:* Experience with arterial lines (not mandatory) * Familiarity with EPIC EMR system * Ability to perform occasional arterial lines * Experience in a Level II Trauma environmentPreferred Education and Experience:* Graduation from accredited Nurse Anesthesiology program * Strong clinical background with at least 6 months to 1 year of anesthesia practice * Valid unrestricted license (awaiting licensing is acceptable with a longer credentialing timeframe)Other Requirements:* Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and weeknights * Ability to complete credentialing within 30-45 days (up to 90-120 days if pending license) * Commitment to continuous full-time coverage, with flexible scheduling in a hospital setting * Scrubs provided and supervision model of max 4:1 ratioTake the next step in your anesthesia career by applying today to join a top-tier healthcare facility and make a difference in patients' lives.
