This includes regular communication with RNs, physicians, and other medical professionals.Patient Education: Inform patients and their families about medical conditions, treatments, and preventive care. Address any concerns or questions they may have.Documentation: Maintain thorough, accurate, and current patient records, ensuring that all relevant medical information is accessible and organized for the care team.
