Success Coach (Remote)

Responsibilities Address issues and coach Virtual Assistants and Clients on strategies including communication and conflict resolution Conduct check-ins with Virtual Assistants to identify relationship issues and communication barriers Nurture Virtual Assistant relationships to support their holistic success Create and implement coaching curriculum to provide training Offer technical guidance to ensure smooth integration of various tools Qualifications 1 year of administrative experience Robust understanding of communication dynamics, delegation strategies, and conflict resolution techniques Familiarity with virtual assistant tools, technologies, and best practices Hours 30-40 hours per week during normal business hours #J-18808-Ljbffr
