Leadership Programs Coordinator
Managing the day-to-day coordination of enterprise leadership development programs, the full-time remote Leadership Programs Coordinator will ensure a high-quality experience for participants and stakeholders by overseeing program operations, data analysis, and reporting.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage program logistics, including scheduling, enrollment, attendance tracking, and participant support for in-person and virtual offerings
Collect and analyze data on program participation and effectiveness, developing reports and dashboards for stakeholders
Identify improvement opportunities for tools and processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance program deliveryRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in learning administration, HR operations, or data analytics in a corporate setting
Experience with learning systems such as Workday Learning, Cornerstone, or similar platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data analysis tools
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, including live event production and breakout room management
