Quality Inspection Technician

Job Summary: Quality Inspector responsible for inspecting aero-engine hardware, verifying quality documentation, and entering technical data into internal and customer systems. Key Responsibilities * Perform *visual and dimensional inspections* using hand gages, optical comparators, and thread gages. * Read and interpret *blueprints, GD&T, and quality requirements*. * Review *C of C’s and quality records* for accuracy and completeness. * Support *AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAI)* documentation. * Identify and document *non-conforming material*. * Enter and maintain accurate technical data in computer systems. Requirements * *3+ years of relevant inspection/quality experience* with a technical degree preferred, or *5+ years without a technical degree*. * Experience with *GD&T, blueprint reading, and precision inspection tools*. * Knowledge of *AS9102 FAI* and quality documentation. * Proficiency in *Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook*. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a procedure-driven environment. * Ability to lift *40 lbs.* and work on-site in a distribution/shop-floor environment. * *Safety shoes required.* * Reliable transportation required Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour Work Location: In person
