Position Details: Hospice & Palliative CarePractice Structure: Work also includes F2F and occasional pain/symptom management visits in patient homes, 100% Adult, 85% Geriatric; most patients retain their primary care provider. Outside specialists occasionally consult with patients (e.g. radiologists, cardiologists) Total hospice staff: approximately 90.
