We’re hiring—let’s get started!What you'll do:Meet or exceed margin and revenue goals for PGT Services by negotiating with and securing quality carrier capacityDevelop and manage a network of outside carriers to move freight in the most profitable mannerNegotiate rates with carriers to meet margin requirements and ensure maximum profitabilityEnsure customer satisfaction and adequate service levels where freight is picked up and delivered on-time using safe, reliable carriersAssist in building freight volume from existing customers by providing excellent customer serviceBuild and maintain effective relationships with customers and carriersWhat you need:Bachelor's degree preferred, but not requiredPrevious customer service, account management and negotiating experience a plus but not requiredExperience in Flatbed and Dry Van carrier procurement a plus but not requiredMust have a big picture mentality, be motivated, hardworking, and have a strong desire to succeed in a fast paced environmentMust have desire to be collaborative and work in a fun, one team one goal atmosphereWhat’s in it for you:Perks And BenefitsAt PGT Services, we offer unique perks and benefits that support every aspect of your life.
