The National Sales Associate will be responsible for lead generation, outbound sales activities at high volume, managing customer accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires daily interaction with clients to understand their needs and deliver effective transportation solutions. This is a cradle-to-grave position, meaning you will be the main contact from landing the account, to supporting the account on the operations side.We are looking for people who want to push boundaries. Push your limits, and be a part of a young and growing company!ResponsibilitiesIdentify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business - spiderwebbing off of existing clients and tap in to new niche verticals Manage ongoing outbound sales effort while maintaining current book of businessDevelop and grow long term partnerships - each customer is important to our companyEffectively demonstrate trucking solutions for all of your customersMeet established KPIs in terms of load volume, net revenue and gross revenueQualificationsEntrepreneurial mindset - do what it takes to get the job done and WIN!Experience in lead generation / use of prospecting toolsExperience with high volume outbound sales (cold calling, emailing, messaging etc),and use of customer relationship management (CRM) toolsStrong communication and customer service skillsProficient in account managementA proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work independentlyExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailExperience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plusBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferredWhy join us?We are young and growing each year - we want people that want to make an immediate impact.
