Customer Care RepresentativeLocation: On-site in Harrisburg, PA Employment Type: Full-Time | Non-Exempt Pay: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, based on experience Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pmPosition SummaryCJ Pony Parts is seeking a Customer Care Representative who will interact with customers by phone, web chat, and email. This individual will provide accurate product and service information, resolve order issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
