We think you should.In this role, you will...Support the MedPro Project Management office in the execution of 2-3 projects that fit into the summer intern schedule.Assist in managing the day-to-day activities of projects, including overseeing project responsibilities and schedules. Help identify and develop contingency plans for potential risks.Help ensure adherence to quality standards, processes and compliance on an ongoing basis.Assist in evaluating MedPro requirements to ensure that service expectations are achievable, and business needs and specifications are developed and met.Find ways to maximize staff contribution, increase teamwork and more effectively meet business needs.Uses MedPro provided tools and processes to communicate project updates and needs with senior project management staff.Participate in company and community activities.Other duties as assigned.We are looking for candidateswith...Current student actively enrolled in a degree-seeking program in business, project management, data science, informatics, computer science, or similar, with at least two years of college completed.Organizational, time management and communication skills (both written and verbal) with attention to detail.Strong documentation skills with attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment or independently.Comfortable working with tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio (or similar).Awareness of Waterfall and Agile program management methodologies preferred.Analytical and organizational skills to help in coordinating teams, triaging tasks, and assist managing project priorities preferred.Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.Why MedPro?MedPro Group's mission isbuilt on a century-old legacy of protecting those who protect others.
