Role Description We are seeking an experienced NPM Buyer to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity at our Duncan, SC location. The role involves managing non-production material (NPM) procurement processes, developing and maintaining supplier relationships, negotiating supplier contracts, evaluating vendor performance, and ensuring alignment with company goals. The NPM Buyer will also collaborate with various departments to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with procurement protocols. Qualifications Strong procurement and supplier management skills, including evaluating vendor performance and managing supplier relationshipsExperience in contract negotiation and cost analysisProficiency in supply chain management and industrialization practicesStrong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with procurement softwareBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrevious experience in automotive or manufacturing industries is a plusExperience in a JIT/JIS production environment is highly desirableExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
