Software Developer
Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various programming languages and a background in leading a team of software developers. Pelican Engineering is located in Lafayette, LA. PE designs and manufactures electronic circuit boards. This is not a remote position.
Duties:
Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software
Ensure software is up-to-date with the latest technologies
Skills:
Knowledge of GIT for version control
Knowledge of Odoo ERP Development experience preferred
Ideal candidates will be proficient in the following languages, but not all are required.
Python
C#
C/C++
SQL
Java Script
