As a Lead Data Engineer, you will design, develop, and operationalize the MDM platform which includes building data pipelines to integrate data sources to MDM Platform, tuning matching algorithms and developing APIs to enable master data consumption.This is a remote position that follows Central Standard Time (CST) working hours.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, optimize, and maintain data pipelines, storage, and compute components using Azure ServicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and review MDM requirements and translate them into technical design documents.Perform data analysis and profiling using Collibra data quality platform to support Data Governance initiatives.Foster a culture of sharing, re-use, design for scale, stability, and operational efficiency of data and analytical solutions.Partner with Enterprise Architecture to develop detailed design documents that would be leveraged for developmentMinimum RequirementsBachelor’s degreeAt least 2 years of data engineering, data quality and/or analytics or statistical analysis experienceORMaster’s degreeAt least 1 years of data engineering, data quality and/or analytics or statistical analysis experienceORAt least 5 years of data engineering, data quality and/or analytics or statistical analysis experienceAdditional RequirementsQualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
