Production Team Member (Part-Time)Chaseburg, WI $18.00 per hour Wednesday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Temporary through June 1, 2026 A part-time weekday role in food productionRSS Talent Partners is partnering with a creamery in Chaseburg, WI to hire a Production Team Member. This is a hands-on role in a food production environment, ideal for someone who values consistent weekday hours and physical, team-based work. Schedule and pay$18.00 per hour Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Part-time temporary assignment through June 1, 2026 What you'll doOperate butter production equipment including packers, churns, and case packers Perform equipment assembly, disassembly, cleaning, and sanitizing (CIP and COP) Complete sanitation tasks and safely handle approved chemicals Conduct ATP swabbing and document results Assist with palletizing, shrink wrapping, and preparing product for shipment Load trucks and manage transportation documentation Test butterfat levels and support quality processes Operate X-ray detection equipment and record scale weights Support general cleaning and other production needs Work environment and physical requirementsFood production facility operating year-round, including holidays Standing for extended periods Frequent lifting up to 60 pounds, occasional lifting up to 80 pounds with assistance Exposure to hot liquids and sanitation chemicals Use of required PPE at all times What you bringBasic understanding of machine operation Strong attention to detail Good communication skills Ability to work safely and follow procedures Reliable attendance and transportation Sanitation experience in food production is preferred Basic computer skills are helpful Forklift and electric pallet jack certification provided on the job.
