gpac is partnered with a premier dairy manufacturing plant in Vernon County, WI, seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor to join their leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for a dairy professional to refine their management skills within a company that has been a staple of the industry for over 30 years, known for its fresh, locally processed, high-quality products.In this role, you will take full ownership of manufacturing, efficiency, inventory, safety, and maintenance for your shift. You'll be more than a manager; you'll be a strategic partner, collaborating with other departments to achieve facility-wide goals. You will lead an exceptional, highly trained team that is looking for a true leader to inspire them.
