Junior / Mid-Level - .NET Full Stack Developer• Work with an Agile team to design, develop, test, and maintain web-based business applications• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions• Design system architecture, data models, and integration patterns for new and existing applications• Develop and implement applications using .NET / .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server• Lead technical discussions, solution design, and architecture decisions• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical and system-level issues• Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of solutions• Support deployment, release management, and production systemsExperience Requirements:• Strong proficiency in .NET / .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server• Experience designing and implementing system architecture and integrations• Experience working within Agile development environments• Demonstrated ability to lead technical design and deliver complex solutionsTechnical Skills (Preferred):• Experience with front-end frameworks such as Vue.js, Angular (or AngularJS), or React.js• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern front-end development practices• Experience with HTML and CSS styling• Strong experience integrating front-end applications with .NET / .NET Core back-end services• Understanding of system design principles, API development, and service-based architecture• Experience with performance optimization, scalability, and system reliability• Experience with source control and work tracking tools such as Azure DevOps
