Description
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, maintain, and enhance applications within the Core Banking platform.
* Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Build and support solutions using COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM technologies.
* Perform unit testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and production support.
* Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver banking application enhancements.
* Support application releases, change management, and technical documentation.
Required Skills
* Multi years of Hogan application development experience in Core Banking environments (CASA, Deposits related module exposure is a MUST).
* Strong hands-on expertise in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM on IBM Mainframe (z/OS).
* Experience with one or more modules such as CIS, DDA, TDA, LNS, IDS/Umbrella, or PEM.
* Good understanding of Core Banking functions including deposits, loans, account processing, fees, and transaction processing.
* Experience with Mainframe development tools such as TSO/ISPF, Endevor/ChangeMan, File-AID, and SDSF.
* Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in regulated banking environments and follow established change management processes.
Pay: $116,947.70 - $140,840.23 per year
