Job Title: Fashion Associate - LicensingDuration: 3 months (Possible extension)Pay rate: $31/hr on w2Job Location: Burbank, CA - HybridHybrid, flexible for onsite days 3 days a weekRole Overview: Support the Accessories team in managing licensed consumer products, including category planning, product launches, and licensee coordination across global entertainment brands.Key Responsibilities:Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and revenue tracking for the accessories categoryCoordinate with licensees, legal, and internal teams for contracts, NDAs, and approvalsTrack product launches, sales performance, and reporting dashboardsSupport marketing and social teams in product features and campaignsMaintain internal systems, sample inventory, and licensee dataPrepare presentations, reports, and category updates for stakeholdersConduct market and trend research to identify new opportunitiesRequirements:2+ years in licensing, retail, merchandising, or consumer productsStrong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting)Excellent communication and coordination skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational abilityExperience in cross-functional project management preferred
