Together, we aim to inspire and empower women to take the best care of themselves, each other, and the planet—one step, one product at a time.Who We're Looking ForOperations specialist who will be supporting True Botanicals Sourcing, Operations and PD team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that day-to-day operations and logistics run smoothly and efficiently.You love to dive into details, and enjoy “wearing multiple hats”. You like a fast pace, but you make the space to get things done correctly. If you are an energetic self-starter and independent problem solver who is a stickler for accuracy and tying up loose ends, you will thrive in this role.What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like· Packaging – Work across teams (product development, marketing, and design) to manage the new packaging development process (primary and secondary packaging), and ensure that all deadlines are met for on time product launches. Manage same for packaging updates to ensure that there are no hiccups in ongoing production. Responsible for all creative briefing with Marketing/Design and gathering pertinent information from Product Development. Communicate with packaging suppliers regarding all development including sending samples as needed, and act as the liaison between PD/Design and the supplier for updates and modifications.· Traffic & Logistics - Manage domestic and international logistics for finished goods and promotional items, working with US and international freight brokers for all products sold on the True Botanicals website and to wholesale accounts. Input Receipt Orders and follow up with warehouse on receipts and inventory updates.· Master SKU Data Maintenance - Accurately update and maintain the Master SKU log for all products sold on the True Botanicals website and to wholesale accounts. Work with internal departments to ensure all needed information is pulled and updated / linked to the one document· VAS/Kitting Projects – Work with Senior Operations Manager to ensure that these are completed efficiently by providing detailed kitting instructions to our 3PL for everyproject.· Amazon Inventory & Order Support - Enter Amazon orders into Seller Central. Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure that orders are sent out correctly and within the specified ship window· Project timeline management – Oversee new development timelines to ensure all departments are meeting their deadlines and work with management to adjust timelines accordingly· New Product Testing and Sampling Coordination· Continuous Improvement – Recommend opportunities for process efficiencies across the departmentWho You Are· Bachelor’s Degree Required; 1+ years project management experience a plus· Problem solver with strong analytical skills and ability to navigate ambiguity· Relentlessly high standards and sharp attention to details· Able to multitask and prioritize· Able to equally take initiative and hold others accountable to expectations· Self-driven, positive, results-oriented, and able to create and document new processes to regularly improve efficiencies· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and accurately· Scrappy, proactive, and resourceful; eager to learn and develop skills within a rapidly growing company· Very high level of comfort creating and working in Excel spreadsheets and Google Docs· Note that while this job will be 80-90% remote, we would prefer a candidate who lives in the SF Bay Area, as we try to have “Office Days” 3-4 times per monthAt True Botanicals, we are committed to creating a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
