Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day technical leadership and design direction for the Sprint Team. Own code quality, code reviews, and engineering best practices. Translate architecture standards into team-level implementation decisions. Mentor developers and support their technical growth. Partner with the Scrum Master and Product Owner on delivery and sprint scope. Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tooling within the team. Resolve technical impediments and coordinate cross-team integration points.

Minimum Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, including experience in a technical leadership role. Strong hands-on development experience with modern cloud-native stacks. Experience with AWS services and CI/CD delivery. Experience mentoring developers. Strong communication skills. Mandatory Skills: Technical leadership. Modern cloud-native software development. Work Location: Reston, Virginia Relocation assistance is available for qualified out-of-area candidates as a hybrid arrangements may be necessary for this position.
