Senior Java Full Stack Developer/Lead📍 Location: Omaha, NE (100% Onsite)📅 Duration: Long Term Contract (12+ Months)💼 Employment Type: W2This is a W2 Contract opportunity only.Job OverviewWe are looking for a highly experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer/Lead with deep expertise in enterprise-scale distributed systems, NoSQL platforms, and modern full-stack development.The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and supporting high-performance applications, while also mentoring teams and ensuring high-quality, defect-free delivery in production environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop scalable, high-performance full stack applications using Java and modern frameworksBuild and maintain robust RESTful APIs and microservices architecturesWork extensively on NoSQL platforms (OpenSearch, Solr, Coherence) for large-scale data processingDevelop frontend components using AngularEnsure high availability, performance, and scalability of enterprise applicationsOptimize NoSQL data processing and search indexing solutionsConduct code reviews and enforce development best practicesMentor junior and mid-level developersDrive high-quality, “first-time-right” delivery standardsCollaborate with cross-functional Agile teamsEnsure minimal production defects and stable releasesRequired SkillsStrong expertise in Java 8/17 and J2EE fundamentalsHands-on experience with Spring BootStrong knowledge of REST APIs and MicroservicesStrong understanding of NoSQL database design and optimizationExperience with Kafka or similar messaging platformsStrong hands-on experience with Angular
