Primary Care Physician Staten Island, NY She Recruits is partnering with a long-standing, community-focused health organization in Staten Island, NY to bring on a dedicated Primary Care Physician. This role offers an opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while working in a supportive, collaborative environment. Compensation & Schedule: $170K $220k annuallyFull-time, outpatient (4 5 days per week, 40 hours) Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient panel in alignment with best practice standards.Conduct thorough patient evaluations, review medical histories, and maintain accurate electronic medical records.Manage and coordinate medical care for scheduled, walk-in, and referred patients.Collaborate closely with the care team, participating in daily huddles and case discussions.Engage in ongoing care planning for high-risk patients and provide appropriate referrals when needed.Ensure timely follow-up on abnormal test results or exam findings.Foster cultural sensitivity and patient-centered practices in all aspects of care.
