From our signature services to our indigenousproducts, we strive to provide a private escape that rejuvenates bothbody and soul, offering Wellness from Within.As the Spa Concierge, you\'ll be the first point of contact for ourguests, greeting them with a friendly smile and extending a warmwelcome. Your responsibilities will include booking spa appointments,handling payments, and performing basic reception duties with efficiencyand grace. Maintaining Tamaracks Standards of Guest Service isparamount, and youll play a vital role in upholding these esteemedstandards. We celebrate andrespect our diverse team members and guests.**RESPONSIBILITIES**Act as an ambassador of Tamarack Resort and the Spa by warmly greetingand welcoming guests, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.Schedule appointments with accuracy, and handle guest questions andconcerns in person, via phone, and email with professionalism andcourtesy.Manage the flow of communication via phone, email, and face-to-face,ensuring all inquiries are responded to in a timely manner.Provide guests with a tour of our facilities, including assistance withlockers, spa robes & sandals, and offering them beverages.Ensure the spa is neat, prepared, and fully operational for the day.Stock supplies for guest use, as well as retail and professional use.
