As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, overseeing landscaping projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing client accounts, coordinating with teams, monitoring project progress, and handling inquiries or concerns to meet client expectations. You will play a key role in the ongoing success of Superscapes by delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term partnerships with clients.QualificationsClient Relationship Management and Customer Service skillsProject Oversight, Coordination, and Team Management experienceProblem-Solving, Negotiation, and Conflict Resolution abilitiesAttention to Detail and Strong Organizational skillsProficiency in CRM tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office SuitePrior experience in the landscaping industry Ability to work both in-office and remotely as requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
