Our team values collaboration, attention to detail, and creating a fun, supportive work environment where people enjoy what they do.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Construction Administrator to support our construction and office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and takes pride in delivering excellent service to both clients and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Client ExperienceServe as a primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the building processProvide timely updates and respond to client questions with professionalism and clarityCoordinate meetings, walkthroughs, and communications between clients and project teamsConstruction SupportAssist project managers and field staff with scheduling, documentation, and coordinationPrepare and manage contracts, change orders, and project filesTrack project progress and help ensure deadlines are metCoordinate with subcontractors and suppliers as neededSelections CoordinationGuide clients through the home selection process (finishes, fixtures, materials, etc.)Schedule and manage selection appointmentsMaintain accurate records of selections and ensure proper communication to the construction teamWork closely with vendors and designers to ensure a smooth experienceOffice ManagementOversee daily office operations and administrative functionsManage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiriesMaintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)Order office supplies and manage vendor relationshipsSupport leadership with administrative tasks as neededQualifications2+ years of experience in construction administration, office management, or a related role (homebuilding experience preferred)Strong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (and construction management software is a plus)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilitiesFriendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset
