Job Title: Construction Project Manager 3Location: Wenatchee , WASalary Range: $95/hr to $100/hr on W2IntroductionWe are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager 3 to join our team in Wenatchee, WA. This role involves managing construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely execution, and maintaining communication across all stakeholders.Required Skills & Qualifications1–5 years of experience in construction, engineering, or datacenter environments.Experience in project coordination or project support roles.Strong organization and multitasking capabilities.Proficiency in project tracking tools (Excel, MS Project, dashboards).Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and communicate across technical and non-technical teams.Understanding of data center environments (power, cooling, MEP systems).Familiarity with construction delivery or commissioning processes.Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Preferred Skills & QualificationsUnderstanding of data center environments (power, cooling, MEP systems).Familiarity with construction delivery or commissioning processes.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesSupport construction activities from project initiation through closeout, ensuring all tasks, schedules, and action items are tracked and executed on time.Coordinate meetings, vendor activities, engineering site visits, and internal cross-functional discussions to maintain project progress.Assist in preparing project approval tools, requests for proposals, and scope-of-work documentation to support on-time delivery.Oversee project repositories, ensuring clear organization, retrieval, and version control of documentation across all phases.Participate in project site safety, including daily site reviews for EHS observations, and assist with coordination of EHS related documentation.Track project constraints and risks; escalate delays or issues and initiate acceleration programs when critical path tasks are compromised.Assist in monitoring vendor performance and ensuring contract compliance, including coordinating documentation required for commissioning managers and contractors.Provide accurate project progress data, KPI metrics, and schedule updates to support cost management and reporting.Company Benefits & CultureCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Supportive and collaborative work environment.For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
