3rd Shift Tire Loaders/Unloaders $500-$800 per week (paid weekly)INTERVIEW TODAY, START TOMORROWBrief Rundown: You will be handling tires, unloading and loading 53ft - 40ft trailers.You will be required to scan the labels on tires while loading most trailers.While loading and unloading you must be able to work at a fast and steady pace.You must keep each label on each tire facing out and in line when loading or unloading.Pallet Jacks are used for the first 2 months minimum until you can reach your goal each day, then you may be considered to use a forklift if available.You are expected to show up on time for your shift and stay the full 12 hour day or get your required workload completed. (whichever comes first)This is a physically demanding job, please be prepared.Pay: Production based payProduction: Paid per trailerThe harder/faster you work, the more you get paid.The avg is $500 - $800+ weekly Each trailer takes an average of 1hr-3hrs to complete (not finishing on time could lead to corrective action.)Benefits / Vacation / 401kSchedule:Wednesday-Friday (6am to 6:30pm) Overtime as needed.Requirements:Must have reliable transportation.Must have reliable attendance.Must be on timeMust have steel toe shoes on at all timesMust be able to pass a background check.Must be able to pass a drug screen.Must be able to lift and carry 5-90LBS.Must be able to work consistently for long periods of time.
