Full Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and hardworking loader/unloader/warehouse worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be physically capable of loading and unloading tires for a long period of time and be familiar with basic unloading protocols and safety guidelines.Overview:Loading and unloading 50-100 lbs tires off of trailer and placing them onto an appropriately sized wooden pallet (By Hand)The pallet is removed (using a pallet jack or forklift) and placed to the side or designated area nearby.Get another pallet and repeat until the trailer is empty. (Sweep the trailer and clean your work area)You'd like to load/unload an of average 3-4 trailer's a day. Each trailer weighs differently. The more you move the more you get paidWe have a standard of loading/unloading per employee 3-4 trailers a day Pay:Paid on all weight that you move (Payout per trailer varies based on weight and if you worked individually or with a coworker)The faster/efficient you are, the more you make.The average loader and unloader can make $400 to $700 in a weekTop performers enjoy a take home of $1100 - $1200 weekly RequirementsHas worked a physically demanding job beforeHas steel toe/composite toe shoesHas reliable transportationReliable attendanceSchedule:Monday -Thursday (6am to 4:30pm) or (5pm to 3:30am)Wednesday/Thursday/Friday (6am to 6pm) (You are expected to stay the entire shift)People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
