Embedded Software Engineer

**Must be able to work on W2**Overview:Seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to develop foundational embedded C building blocks for an automotive platform. Focus on system level software, clean integration, and early phase development.Key Responsibilities:• Develop embedded C platform and building block software• Collaborate with software architects on module design and interfaces• Implement power management, diagnostics (UDS), and communication services• Debug and analyze system level issues• Develop and analyze CAN using CANalyzer/CANoe• Support SENT (SAE J2716) driver development for prototypes• Perform unit testing, static analysis, and verification• Follow ASPICE processes and functional safety expectations (ISO 26262)Required Skills & Experience:• 5–7 years of embedded C development• Experience with 16/32-bit microcontrollers (TriCore, S32, Renesas, Cypress, etc.)• Strong background in diagnostics (UDS), CAN, and embedded communication• Experience building reusable embedded software modules• Proficiency with compilers, debuggers, and build tools• System-level debugging and analysis skills• Exposure to ASPICE and functional safety fundamentalsPreferred:• Automotive safety or occupant sensing systems• Early phase or prototype development experience• Familiarity with FMEA / FMEDABenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, & 401K
