Our Summer Internship Program allows you to gain valuable hands-on learning experiences, providing you with the tools to further your academic and professional career!Internship OverviewThis internship is a highly technical, hands-on experience focused on Product Development, Operations, Software Engineering, and Research & Development (R&D). Interns will work on building and improving scalable software solutions while gaining exposure to how engineering decisions impact operations and business performance.You will collaborate closely with our Software Development and Business Operations teams to design, develop, and optimize applications that improve internal systems—particularly in areas such as audit processes, data handling, and workflow automation.Check out Vitu's Internship page HERE for more information_ Internship ExperienceIn addition to working on real-world projects, interns will present their work at the end of the program during the Internship Expo. You will showcase your project, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders, managers, fellow interns, and staff—gaining valuable experience in professional communication and executive-level presentations.Throughout the internship, you will receive mentorship, training, and guidance from experienced professionals. While support will be provided, you will be responsible for conducting research, developing solutions, and presenting your final recommendations._ Qualifications and Education RequirementsCurrently pursuing a B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or a related Information Technology fieldProactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learnStrong analytical skills with the ability to identify key issues and insightsDetail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working in fast-paced environmentsSelf-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables_ Preferred QualificationsAbility to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiencesKnowledge of Java SE/EE, HTML, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, AJAX, and SQL (PostgreSQL)Basic understanding of computer architecture, coding principles, and database queries_ Application RequirementsTo apply, please submit your resume and cover letter by May 6, 2026.
