Technical Program Manager, Venue Deployment

Overview In this role you drive the successful delivery of complex venue deployment programs. You coordinate multi-disciplinary technology initiatives, build scalable processes, and lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity and high-pressure timelines. You will partner with Venue Deployment, Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure deployments are on schedule, high quality, and smoothly executed. You model proactive risk management and clear communication while translating technical decisions into business impact. This is a hands-on leadership role with a meaningful impact on Cosm’s deployment capabilities. ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end venue deployment programs from planning to post-launch optimizationOwn scheduling, dependency tracking, risk management, stakeholder communications, and launch executionCoordinate across networking, A/V systems, platform integration, field engineering, and operations readinessIdentify and resolve technical risks, resource constraints, and cross-functional dependenciesRegularly report program status to leadership with context and recommendationsHelp build Cosm's venue deployment framework with scalable, repeatable processesCreate playbooks, checklists, guides, and decision trees to capture tribal knowledge and speed deploymentsDocument lessons learned and translate them into process improvements and templatesDrive adoption of new processes and tools based on real-world feedbackGuide teams toward sustainable, long-term technical solutions and align with business impactFoster cross-team alignment and transparent risk discussions Key requirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field6+ years of program management experiencePMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certificationProven track record leading high-stakes programs amid competing priorities and tight timelinesExperience influencing across organizational boundaries without direct authorityExperience building and scaling processes, frameworks, and documentationExcellent communication with executives, technical teams, and business partnersWillingness to travel up to 50% during peak venue launch phasesCross-functional collaborationStrategic thinkingProactive problem-solvingSystems integrationNetworkingA/V technology
