We are currently seeking a Power Platform Architect with 7+ years of experience required to join our team and fully embrace our commitment to deliver, grow and thrive.This role is contingent upon awardAbout the Role:As a Power Platform Architect, you will provide senior-level technical leadership in the design, governance, and implementation of enterprise collaboration and automation solutions within the Microsoft 365 environment. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency, reporting, and data management through SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and AI-enabled tools. You will oversee SharePoint architecture, manage governance and permissions, develop Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, build Power BI dashboards, and integrate AI capabilities such as Microsoft Copilot and AI Builder. This role ensures all solutions are secure, compliant, accessible, and aligned with Microsoft 365 Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and governance standards.Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Provide enterprise-level SharePoint Online administration, including site architecture, governance, and permissions managementDesign, develop, and maintain Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboardsImplement and manage Dataverse data models and ensure optimized performance and integrationIntegrate AI-powered enhancements using Microsoft Copilot and AI Builder to improve automation and productivityEnsure all Microsoft 365 solutions adhere to DLP policies, governance standards, security requirements, and Section 508 accessibility complianceDevelop and maintain role-based dashboards with KPIs to support leadership decision-makingPrepare Sprint artifacts within two-week Agile cyclesProduce technical documentation, user guides, and provide role-based training sessionsCollaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with program objectivesCarry out our Commitments to Deliver, Grow, and ThriveLocation:You will work at headquarters locations in Washington, DC; Reston, VA; Arlington, VA; or Boulder, CO.Required Experience/Skills:Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in enterprise-level SharePoint Online administration and Microsoft 365 environmentsProven expertise in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)Hands-on experience implementing AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot and AI BuilderStrong understanding of Microsoft 365 governance, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and compliance requirementsExperience working in Agile environments, including sprint planning and backlog managementExperience producing technical documentation and conducting user trainingExperience integrating APIs and advanced workflow automationStrong written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing reports or briefing materialsAbility to work collaboratively with engineering, program management, and stakeholder teamsUS citizenship or permanent resident and the ability to pass public trust clearance or suitabilityPreferred Experience/Skills:Experience supporting federal or government clientsExperience integrating APIs and advanced workflow automationExperience developing enterprise dashboards and analytics reporting solutionsDon't think you have everything for this role but you are still very interested?
