This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes trucking, freight, and logistics—and knows how to translate that expertise into compelling, high-impact content.You’ll be responsible for crafting platform-specific campaigns, engaging with our carrier and broker communities, and driving brand awareness through strategic storytelling. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and understand the nuances of the logistics industry, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact.DutiesDevelop and execute social media strategies aligned with PTTR’s brand goals and logistics audienceCreate, curate, and schedule engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTokUse tools like Canva, CapCut, and Google Workspace to design graphics and short-form videos—no Adobe requiredMonitor industry trends, competitor activity, and freight news to inform content directionEngage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build rapport with carriers, brokers, and shippersCollaborate with outreach and public relations teams to maintain consistent messagingStay current on social media algorithms, SEO practices, and keyword strategies relevant to logisticsSupport platform growth by integrating social media efforts with onboarding and outreach campaignsProofread all content for clarity, tone, and compliance with PTTR’s brand standardsHandle sensitive communications professionally, including crisis or reputation management situationsRequirementsAdvanced knowledge of the trucking and logistics industry—must understand carrier-broker dynamics, load boards, and freight terminologyProven experience managing social media accounts with a portfolio of successful campaignsProficiency in non-Adobe tools like Canva, CapCut, Google Slides, and other browser-based design platformsStrong grasp of SEO, branding, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and other paid campaign platformsExcellent writing and proofreading skills with a sharp eye for tone and professionalismAbility to interpret engagement data and adjust strategies accordinglyExperience in video editing or photography is a plusStrong interpersonal skills to build relationships with logistics professionals and internal teamsPassion for digital storytelling and a proactive approach to staying ahead of industry trendsWhy Join PTTR?Be a part of a fast-growing platform that's redefining how brokers, carriers, and shippers connect.
