JobSummaryReporting to an Associate Director of Admission, the Admission Counselors aid in all aspects of the admission process from initial recruitment of prospective students to the review and assessment of applications. In addition to conducting large and small group information sessions on the Rollins campus, counselors travel to meet with students, parents, and guidance counselors. Counselors participate in the admission selection process and host on campus events for prospective and accepted students.Essential Job Functions Strategic Recruitment & Enrollment ManagementDevelop recruitment strategies to target specific student populationsConduct interviews with admission candidatesRecruitment Events & OutreachOversee and participate in special programs and projectsBuild and maintain strong relationships with campus partners, venues, and vendors.Admissions & Prospective Student EngagementCommunicate with prospective students, parents, and guidance counselors by phone and email to guide them through the admission processParticipate in the selection of candidates for admission by reviewing and evaluating applicationsConduct large and small group information sessions for prospective students and parentsServe as the primary point of contact for prospective students, engaging through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, text, and in-person meetings) to guide them through the admissions funnel.Represent the school at on-campus events, conferences, career fairs, and networking events.Process application materials, conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and render admission decisions.Cultivate strong connections with prospective students by providing personalized guidance and support to help them explore graduate business programs.
