You will report to the Process Manager and work 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. in East Aurora, New York. The role requires experience in material handling and logistics and the ability to execute physical and transactional processes to meet production and repair targets.Responsibilities:Perform physical and transactional logistics operations for production, repair, development, and MRO needs.Execute material delivery, kit pull, material stocking, receiving, and packaging.Receive, package, count, and locate parts accurately in designated locations.Develop working knowledge of internal business systems and related software applications.Prioritize daily activities to process received hardware and meet shift targets.Communicate with shop leads and repair operations to align on schedules and requirements.Collaborate with engineering, quality, and customer service representatives.Lift, bend, and handle hardware safely; utilize cranes and lift carts for heavy articles.Answer incoming calls and coordinate communication to all associates on the shift.Handle emergencies and coordinate evacuations per site procedures.Required Skills & Qualifications:High school diploma or GED preferred; otherwise, ability to follow verbal, written, and computer-based instructions in English.Ability to perform basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.At least 3 years of material handling or logistics experience.Valid New York State driver's license.Preferred Skills:Experience with enterprise resource planning or internal business systems.Experience in aerospace or MRO environments.Why BCforward?At BCforward, we believe in advancing lives and careers.
