Physician / Family Practice / Utah / Locum or Permanent / Bilingual English/Spanish Family Medicine MD/DO Job

We need a bilingual (Spanish/Eng) provider who can work and see patients ASAP. We currently have 1 FNP and 3 PAs all bilingual, 3 have been with us over 5 years 1 PA is in her 2nd year with us. They are all great people! Culture is very important to us. Our provider team is young, passionate, on time, on point and always learning from each other. We want someone who fits this model. We serve the underserved, our patient population is 75% uninsured and we are a non-profit. No one is working here for the $ and staying happy for the long haul. We believe in creating opportunities. We believe that we make a difference, we believe in what we are doing and the team we are doing it with, we are good community partners and try to say yes to new things. We have about 7,000 patients, 3 locations and 2 Mobile Trailers (a Mobile Vision and a Mobile Medical Clinic traveling to Shelters and Title One Schools 2-3 times per week). Our ideal would be to hire a Full Time Mid-level NP or PA immediately and a part time MD (15-29 hours/week) in the next 1-3 months. We could also hire a full time MD/DO right now and no mid-level. We have a good HPSA score and our providers have been qualifying to have $50K in debt reduced annually. Other benefits are standard once employed.
