The role ensures that routines, safety practices, and treatment supports are carried out effectively throughout the night. As a Residential Services Aide Night Supervisor, you will perform the following duties:Staff Supervision: Guide direct care staff, assign duties, monitor work quality, and provide training when neededCare Coordination: Support individual treatment plans through observation, communication, and coordination of nightly activitiesIncident Oversight: Assist in identifying causes of incidents and support preventive strategies within assigned areasShift Coordination: Maintain nightly staffing coverage, manage reports, and handle changes or emergencies during the shiftQuality Initiatives: Support center improvement efforts by sharing information and participating in ongoing quality activitiesInterested in learning more? Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:Two years of experience as a Residential Services Aide (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration) ; orTwo years of paid experience performing direct care and habilitative services for individuals with a developmental disability; orAn equivalent combination of experience and training.Other Requirements:You must meet the PA residency requirement .
