The Guest Services Officer, Art Course Mini Golf will play a key role in protecting artwork and enhancing visitor experiences at Art Course, an artist-designed mini-golf experience in the Donald J. Hall Sculpture Park. This is a seasonal, outdoor role that requires strong customer service skills and attentiveness to ensure the safety of both visitors and museum property. What You'll DoEngage with Guests: Provide friendly, professional assistance to visitors, ensuring a fun and memorable experience.Protect the Art & Museum Property: Monitor visitors and surroundings to prevent theft or damage to artworks and museum property.Respond to Situations with Professionalism: Handle guest interactions with confidence, courtesy, and diplomacy, escalating issues to a supervisor as needed.Maintain Safety & Security Procedures: Follow post procedures such as gallery inspections, incident reports, and emergency evacuations when required.Ensure a Clean & Orderly Environment: Monitor the assigned area and remove potential hazards to ensure a safe guest experienceWho You AreHigh school diploma or GED required.Strong communication skills, able to explain guidelines clearly and answer questions professionally.Reliable and punctual with a solid work history.Physically capable of standing for extended periods, being outdoors, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 30 lbs.Attentive and observant, able to remain alert and responsive throughout shifts.
