Regenerative Surgical Specialist
The Regenerative Surgical Specialist works closely with hospitals and clinics, captures new accounts while nurturing existing business within the territory, and identifies the individual needs of clients and patients in order to deliver a successful experience.The Regenerative Surgical Specialist is a part of the Direct Sales team in a specifically designated territory and reports directly to that territory's Regional Business Director.Major Areas of AccountabilityWork and partner with operating rooms, surgeons, clinics, and offices to sell Kerecis SurgiClose, SurgiBind, and GraftGuide at applicable burn accountsSell and manage revenues consistent with Kerecis targets, focusing on GPOs, new accounts, and going deeper and wider within existing accountsWork with purchasing and appropriate operating room (O.R.) staff to conduct in-services and education as necessaryReport sales and forecasts using Pipedrive and other Kerecis business planning toolsMaintain all customer information in Pipedrive, Kerecis’ current CRM systemInform and educate customers on reimbursement of Kerecis products as applicableUtilize all marketing and all related sales and educational tools Assist Regional Business Director on developing the go-to-market strategy for the accounts/territoryTravel: Occasional travel to the Company’s corporate offices and team meetings. Additional travel varies depending the geography of the assigned TerritoryKerecis employees are required to conduct business to the highest ethical and professional standards; comply with applicable laws and regulations, the Advamed Code of Ethics on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals, and company policies.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s or Advanced Degree, preferably in the Business, Science, or Medical field5+ years in medical sales, preferably in operating roomsProven experience and high achievement in salesEvidence of successfully developing new business in hospitals, experience calling on surgeons, and closing large scale contracts with hospitals, specifically for operating roomsA high-energy, creative, flexible, results-oriented individualCan work in an intense, fast paced, multinational work environmentSelf-motivated and can work on own initiative with limited supervisionA strong strategic and analytical approach and thorough understanding of sales, sales planning, and sales executionKnowledge of sales process and building new relationships in large accountsUnderstanding of trends in the biotechnology and bio-manufacturing marketAbility to travel frequentlyA team player with leadership skillsA knack for problem-solvingExcellent organizational skillsBase Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000This job description is intended to set forth the core functions required for this position and describe the general nature of the work to be performed.
