If you thrive in an environment where your voice is valued, your ideas are welcomed, and you are supported by talented colleagues who genuinely want you to succeed, you will be a great fit here.Responsibilities & Core Job FunctionsOversee case strategy and litigation matters, with a focus on King, Snohomish, and Pierce CountiesRepresent clients in hearings, motions, mediations, trials, depositions, and settlement negotiationsConduct thorough legal research and provide clients with informed analysis regarding likely outcomesManage and prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining clear, professional communication with all stakeholdersDemonstrate a high level of responsiveness to client, court, and internal firm needsProvide direction to paralegals and support staff on case-related tasks to ensure matters progress efficientlyMeet established productivity expectations, including billing a minimum of 6 hours per business dayManage caseloads and high volumes of tasks with strong organizational disciplineRespond promptly and appropriately to urgent or time-sensitive mattersRequirements0-6 years of legal experience, with exposure to or an interest in family law litigationActive Washington Bar license in good standingExperience in Microsoft 365 platformsAbility to manage high-volume work and competing deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfort making sound decisions in ambiguous situationsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to improve processesAble to work independently and collaborativelyCompensation:Salary range: $85,000-$150,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experienceBonus opportunities: Eligible for performance-based end-of-year bonus (target of up to 20% of annual salary)BenefitsSupportive and friendly environment focused on developing your skills401(k) with 100% employer match up to 6% of salary10 company holidays and unstructured PTO modelMedical, dental, vision, and life insuranceMonthly transportation stipendFSA and other tax-advantaged savings tools$5,500 annual professional development stipendAccess to state-of-the-art technology, resources, and administrative supportAt home office setup assistanceProfessional headshot for your personal useCasual office dress code when not client-facingPlentiful office snacks and beveragesAnd yes - we know how to convert Word to PDFOur Interview Process:You will hear from us within two business days after submitting your application.
