We are dedicated to cultivating an equitable and inclusive environment that embraces our differences, and supports and celebrates all of our team members.What you’ll do: Execute day-to-day logistics operations across Archer’s network, ensuring reliable movement of materials, tooling, and flight hardwareCoordinate domestic and international shipments across air, ocean, and ground modes, including time-critical and high-value movesManage shipment lifecycle from request intake through delivery, including booking, documentation, tracking, and issue resolutionPartner cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and external vendors to align logistics execution with program needsEnsure compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations, including hazardous materials handling and documentationSupport planning and execution of complex moves, including AOG, test articles, and demo aircraft deploymentsMaintain accurate shipment records and system data to support traceability, reporting, and audit requirementsIdentify and escalate risks to schedule, cost, or material integrity, and drive timely resolutionWork with logistics providers, carriers, and brokers to ensure service performance and resolve operational issuesContribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including SOP development, process standardization, and cost optimizationAssist in packaging validation and coordination to ensure materials are protected and compliant for transportSupport development of scalable logistics processes and tools as Archer grows its operational footprintWhat you need: 2 years of related experience in Aerospace and/or automotive industry. 2 years of related experience in domestic and international transportation management.Understanding of production classification (HTS).Knowledge/experience working with freight forwarders and U.S. Customs Brokers.Ability to communicate in a professional business manner, both in writing and verbally. High attention to details is required.Strong computer skills. Experience handling logistics in an ERP driven environment. SAPS experience is a plus.Ability to work in a fast paced and highly regulated environment with adaptability to changing priorities.Strong team player.EducationHigh school diploma or GED equivalent is required.Bonus Qualifications: BS degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business.Experience with shipping and handling of Dangerous Goods.At Archer, we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent with the skills and leadership needed to grow our business. We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s strategy. For this position, we are targeting a base pay range of $67,700 - $85,000.
