This client-facing role within Internal Firm Services integrates industry, capital allocation, and growth considerations to support C-suite decision-making. You will work across the PwC network to develop structured, value-oriented points of view that connect market trends, transaction activity, and business unit strategy. This includes framing discussions across industry outlook, capital allocation trade-offs, organic and inorganic growth, and competitive positioning.Responsibilities include:Lead development of executive-level materials for senior stakeholders, including CEOs and investment committeesTranslate analysis into structured outputs for executive audiencesDevelop capital allocation discussion materials and set direction for growth-related work across health industry clientsDevelop and advise on value creation plans (e.g., revenue growth, pricing, cost management), including advise on portfolio actions and discussions across acquisitions, divestitures, and portfolio strategyManage multiple engagements, including scope, timelines, and deliverablesCoordinate across teams to gather inputs and develop integrated perspectivesBuild and maintain relationships with senior stakeholdersMentor and guide team members through project delivery and developmentWhat You Must Have:At least a Bachelor's degreeAt least 8 years of experience in strategy, deals/deals strategy, or commercial diligenceWhat Sets You Apart:Preference for a Master's of Business AdministrationBackground in Strategy, Deals Strategy, or Commercial Strategy (consulting or professional services)Experience supporting C-suite stakeholders on transaction-related or strategic initiativesAbility to synthesize complex data into structured, decision-oriented outputsAbility to manage multiple engagements in parallelExperience operating in environments with evolving scope and prioritiesExecutive-level communication and storytelling skillsKnowledge of the U.S. health market (payer, provider, life sciences)Experience with capital allocation, investment analysis, and shareholder value considerationsAbility to develop materials for executive audiences with clarity, impact and structureExperience working across stakeholder groups and functional teamsExperience mentoring or developing team membersExtensive experience utilizing analytical thinking, systemic problem solving, and strategic questioningTravel Requirements: Up to 20%The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $423,780. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $504,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
