Right of Way Project Manager - New York - (1503)Location: Manhattan/Hybrid (must reside in New York Metro area) – Report to office regularly.Schedule: Full-time, Exempt. Travel: 25%. Compensation Range: $120,000 - $150,000. Sign-On Bonus: Available. Monthly Housing Stipend: Available for those that qualify.OverviewYou'll lead projects that shape the future of New York City, providing right-of-way services in support of major transit initiatives and community access.ResponsibilitiesLead complex projects from start to finish, ensuring timely, seamless delivery that meets client expectations.Partner with clients to define project scope, establish goals, and keep progress on track.Oversee budgets, reporting, and invoicing to ensure projects stay on time and fiscally sound.Work with senior leadership to pursue new public sector opportunities and influence regional growth strategies.Recruit, mentor, and supervise a high-performing team while supporting professional development.Collaborate with executives to implement strategic initiatives and strengthen community engagement.Contribute to landmark transit projects that directly serve NYC communities.Right of Way work is where infrastructure meets innovation—shaping roads, utilities, and communities for the future.
