This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and an in-depth understanding of project management methodologies.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely completion of milestones.Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.Conduct regular project reviews and report on progress, issues, and solutions to senior management.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in the subsea oil and gas industry.Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
