Oracle ERP Test Manager (Houston)

Role: Oracle ERP Test Manager Location: Houston, TX (Onsite) Experience: 15 years QA & 5+ years Oracle ERP Job Type: Contract/W2 Duration: Long Term Role Summary This is a senior QA leader role where you: Manage ERP testing end-to-end Coordinate multiple teams Ensure system is ready before go-live You are the person in charge of testing the entire Oracle ERP system before it goes live. Must-Have Skills Oracle Cloud ERP testing (Finance and/or SCM) Strong experience in SIT, UAT, End-to-End testing Knowledge of business flows: Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Order-to-Cash (O2C) Record-to-Report (R2R) Integration testing (APIs, OIC, data migration) Test management tools (Jira / ADO / ALM) Automation awareness (Selenium / Tosca – at least oversight level) Strong client handling & vendor management Important to Know You’ll be the main QA leader (client-facing role) Manage multiple teams (onsite + offshore) Own test strategy, planning, and release decisions (Go/No-Go) Ensure quality, compliance (SOX), and reporting Handle large ERP programs (complex integrations)
